Chess Champs!

Our school chess club have been working hard to learn the skills and strategy behind playing chess! 

Our club meets weekly with Mrs Morris to play chess and compete against one another. 

This week at Monday assembly, students were presented with their award for participating in the 2023 KCPS Chess tournament. 

Our lucky winners were also presented with a book prize to keep the chess strategy and game moving! 

Students in the Chess Club will get the chance to participate in the Cowpasture Community of School Chess Competition later this term!
